Zerem is a fast-growing company in Toronto’s high-rise residential and transit infrastructure construction sectors.As a result of our growth, we require administrative assistance, particularly with our purchasing and procurement needs. Zerem spends over $10 million per year on material and equipment procurement, and we require assistance with organizing and tracking our purchasing. We are looking for someone who matches closely with the following attributes:- good at multi tasking- works well under pressure- quick learner- proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, ExcelDuties will include, but are not limited to:- data entry- maintaining material logs and following up about orders- communications with customers and/or vendors- providing ad-hoc assistance to other office staffSuccessful candidates who demonstrate initiative and willingness to take on new tasks will be given added responsibilities and will have an opportunity to learn more aspects about the business and move up as we continue to grow.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental careExtended health careRRSP matchVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftShow more
