GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. Are you highly organised? Do you have a hands-on approach to work? Looking to get stuck into a new challenge? Then this could be the role for you! We are looking for a strong Administrator to join our dedicated team at our learning centre based in Northampton on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the training courses of both internal and external training providers whilst ensuring delegates have the best possible experience. You’ll be working Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, however we are able to accommodate hybrid working and are happy to discuss this at the interview stage.   Pay, Benefits and More We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do on a Typical Day Ensure the Training team are informed of any requests to organise training activitiesLiaise with sites, delegates and providers to facilitate training coursesGeneral administration duties including filing, data entry, bookings, IT & learning management system supportSupport the wider team e.g. Instructors with new and current initiatives What You’ll Need to Succeed At GXO Experience of working within an administrative capacity, previous logistics environment would be a big tick for us but not essential.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power PointA proactive approach to the role We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
