Supporting the Group FC in day to day finance activities and meeting the reporting requirements of the wider business. Assisting FC with management accounts and board reportingProviding detailed analysis on MoM P&L movementsDepartmental reporting to HODs and business partneringOverseeing and reviewing day to day activities from the offshore providerPoint of contact for the outsource provider for accounts payable and payroll queriesAccounts mailbox monitoringProperty supplier management – Regus, other providers, portals, deposits, invoice queriesRaising Sales invoicing – corporate and insuranceMonthly preparation and reconciliation of Heydoc revenueWeekly review of invoice queries / discrepancies raised on Hey Doc; liaising with ops to resolve issuesAssist outsource provider with Credit Control & AR aging managementReview of DR SOR calculation and monthly DR costs by clinic carried out by outsource providerReview of Balance Sheet Recs including bank, credit card, debtors, creditors and sales clearingStripe -management of portal of disputes and dealing with duplicate payment queriesAssistance in auditDepartmental reporting to HODs and business partneringOther adhoc projects as required Ideally studying CIMA / ACCA
