We are looking to appoint an experienced Attendance Officer to be responsible for the monitoring and administration of attendance and punctuality across the school.

The successful candidate will be well organised, have excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and the ability to manage their busy workload within our busy office environment.

You will need to be enthusiastic, committed, flexible and hardworking. You will need a high level of interpersonal skills and be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working alongside young people and their parents.

Experience in a similar role is not essential but would be an advantage. Knowledge of SIMS is desirable, but training will be provided.

You should be proactive and used to taking initiative whilst working as an integral part of the Highdown pastoral support team.
