And we recognize that the pandemic has caused a significant increase in behavioral health needs for children and young adults ages 5 and up.

We support multiple needs of our patients and their families with a wide range of services including therapy, medication management when indicated, nutrition, and sleep experts. Our focus goes beyond mental health needs and emphasizes the overall wellness of the patient and family.

With this new offering, we are committed to providing the same high level of evidence-based treatment found in our urgent cares, to children’s and young adult’s behavioral health needs—so together, we can keep your children healthy, happy, and safe.

The Behavior Health (BH) Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for our BH program. They will recruit for Child Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Master of Social Work (Care Managers), etc. They will create pipelines for openings in current states and states where BH plans on expanding. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of recruiting workflow processes and metrics, Microsoft Office, and has a strong background in recruitment and understands behavior health. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where you will assist the team with finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company’s workforce needs and goals.
Build strong pipeline of candidates in all states Behavior Health currently resides in and will be expanding to.
Responsible for screening candidates by conducting telephone interviews with applicants and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Assess candidate skills and experience to determine the best fit in alignment with the PM Pediatrics brand and values.
Ensure that all communication and correspondence with applicants is timely and in keeping with PM Pediatrics culture.
Inform candidates of progress and outcomes throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that appropriate communication is sent at each stage, within agreed timescales.
Partners with Behavior Health hiring managers to assess hiring needs and strategy to acquire talent.
Identify, manage, and attend recruiting events, including job fairs, & networking events to source talent and build a pipeline.
Manages Workday ATS system for all internal/external job postings. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
Gather and analyze metrics on effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategies.
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field coupled with 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth/high volume environment.
Recruitment experience in the Health Care Industry and/or Behavior Health a plus.
Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, knowledge of Workday a plus.
Proficiency with computer platforms and applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (phone & in person).
Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
