How can We Help?
Building relationships with our National Accounts and Local Events. Representing the Brand in a positive way. Educating the local accounts on our services we provide to help acquire qualified leads. Working in person at the National account locations and speaking with their customers about our services to acquire leads. Monitoring the KPI’s associated with this role and educating the National accounts on how they are performing and how we can help each other’s businesses.
Duties: Actively working with the National Account stores educating them about Re-Bath. Having consistent Product Knowledge trainings with the National Account employees Rotating through the different National Account locations to be present in their stores engaging with the customers to acquire bathroom remodeling leadsMonitor the results and work towards improving lead counts and quality of leads Properly enter all leads into our CRM.
Participate in corporate sales system processes. Using tools and guides, trainings, webinars, understanding of our CRM, and best practices provided by Re-Bath Corporate as outlined in the manual and on RB Academy.Attend local trade shows, home events and additional lead generating opportunities as requested
Achieve company sales objectives. Monitoring KPI’s. having a continual training and improvement mentality
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a Re-bath Franchise such as show room coverage, lead generation, office administration etc.*Qualifications Ability to learn and master the Re-Bath trade language.
Ability to learn and master the Re-Bath sales scripts, tools, product knowledge, and CRM
Highly organized, strong work ethic, ability to work evenings and Saturdays
Enthusiastic, outgoing, warm personality with the desire to help others succeed
Must be able to work under pressure and obtain results
.Ability to work independently and carry out assignments
Dependable transportation, valid driver’s licenseMust pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and 50 state background check
