Are you ready to develop effective marketing campaigns for each of our divisions across a multitude of platforms such as (email, website, social media, etc.) then please send your resume ASAP!Job Responsibilities: Develop and be accountable for the brand vision, strategy, and results of campaigns both online and offline.Create quarterly plans that align our marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams on new product launches, markets, new verticals, e-commerce, and more. It is important to communicate and calendar in a way that empowers the team, while lending visibility into the broader company strategy.Lead and manage a marketing team while producing valuable content for the practice’s online presence.Play a key role in building our team across disciplines such as performance marketing, content creation, email, social and more.Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.Identify, test and scale new marketing ideas that resonate with our customers and our community.Lead strategy and execution for teams that create and distribute marketing assets for different customer types such as e-commerce partners (such as Wayfair, Home Depot, Amazon, etc.)Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.Implement processes and procedures to ensure best practices and quality of deliverables.Define and report key metrics to monitor user experience and digital marketing effectiveness including ROI.Create an environment that fosters creativity, performance, and structure.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing leadership experience.Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).You are a natural-born storyteller. You believe in the value of a strong brand and enjoy the art and science of telling its story.You are a leader and doer.
