Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a dynamic, fun-loving, and well-reputed digital marketing agency. This is a rare opportunity to join the business as a Business Development Manager to aid its growth in the US market.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling digital services to mid market business & key agencies of leading technology companies.

This role requires someone who is passionate about & well versed in Business Development within the digital space & someone who is second to none when liaising with senior marketing officials.

The Role?
Generate new business through Business Development
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to originate and organise new business development initiatives and project strategies
Responsibility and oversight over the business development cost management, ensuring it aligns with business plans
Work closely with the sales, marketing, customer success teams to ensure an integrated approach to customer attraction, support, retention and building brand loyalty.
Engage other members of the senior management team to facilitate cross-department collaboration that ensures all sales, marketing, customer support and business development solutions positively support the organisations evolving strategy, operational delivery, and data collection needs
Prepare, negotiate, and manage records of sales, including revenue, and business development related data
What you need?
5+ years in a Business Development Manager positions
3 years leading a team
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong networks that you will be able to leverage off almost immediately
Bachelors Degree in Business
Strong commitment to developing team members
Demonstrable experience of positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share
Mature and proactive, with evidence of having worked as a true business partner to the sales and marketing leads of a similar-sized organisation
Willingness to travel
