DOLFCU Call Center RepresentativePosition Summary:Deliver exceptional member service by telephone and through electronic or digital channel delivery, while successfully recommending and referring DOLFCU products & services. Must possess proven member service and sales skills with a strong emphasis to solve problems with minimal supervision. Must also possess strong verbal and written communication and have a desire to help others.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:· Provide exceptional member service and problem solving by answering incoming calls to the contact center, and when appropriate making follow up outbound calls to members with updates or resolutions· Assist members with new account set up or inquiries, existing account issues or inquiries, website navigation, and identifying needs while promoting products and other services.· Communicate information appropriately to a varied audience including members, internal staff, management, and possibly vendor partners.· Remains cognizant of and adheres to credit union policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.· Performs other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:· Must have at least 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience, particularly call center experience.· High school education or GED required; some college preferred.· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.· Proficiency with computers, especially with phone/contact system equipment, core system and strong typing skills.· Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have ability to be bonded & insured, and be knowledgeable on the services that the credit union has to offer.· Bilingual, Spanish preferred· This is a remote teleworking role. Must have a quiet, dedicated space at home which will be secure to protect non-public information.
