We are seeking a motivated, assertive individual to serve as a Community Manager for two residential properties in Ukiah, CA. Our goal is to provide a high-value community that our residents are proud to call home.The Community Manager is responsible for all aspects of the community: leasing, rent collection, new home sales, managing resident relations, implementing community-building programs, enforcing park rules and community standards, and overseeing park upgrades and maintenance. We need a smart, responsive, problem-solver who takes responsibility and gets results. We need someone who can work independently and make decisions like a business owner. We will train the right candidate. Previous real estate experience is not required.Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus a $2,000 year-end target bonus, plus commissions. This is a part-time, flexible job.
