Construction – Invoice Representative
Job Description – Overview
Are you looking for a fulltime office position? Do you have previous background in billing or data entry?
Due to company growth, we have an exciting opportunity at Hobby Lobby!
Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a qualified person to fill an opening in the Construction Department.
Process subcontracts / agreements associated with Construction Projects.
Audit and Process invoices associated with Construction Projects, Campus Maintenance, and Store Property Management.
Log insurance certificates in software system.
Setup new vendors in software system.
Cover the front desk during Receptionist’s breaks, lunches, vacations, etc.
Follow up with fellow team members, contractors, vendors regarding requested paperwork.
Additional Duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Description – Requirements
High School Diploma
Education associated with Accounting practices or equivalent work experience.
Preferred experience in Construction / Building Maintenance practices.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office version 2007 or later.
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels of management.
