The key purpose of this position is to develop strategies and plan, prioritize, and direct initiatives and staff to achieve AF’s short-range and long-range business objective. This position has primary responsibility for developing, administering, and implementing human resource programs and philosophies that will have a net result of maximizing the overall quality of staff at Arbitration Forums, Inc.Arbitration Forums, Inc. is searching for an experienced leader and Human Resources executive. A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective.Position requirements: Diverse experiences in managing a range of Human Resources administrative areas of responsibility including employee benefits, recruitment, payroll and leadership training.Master’s degree (MA) or equivalent, ten to fifteen years’ related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.The Corporate Director of Human Resources position is a work from home position.
