Mangia NYC is one of the leading events and catering companies in New York serving Fortune 500 companies in Manhattan and producing various events on a daily basis.We are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team as ‘Customer Service and Sales Executive’. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the team on catering sales growth and focusing on processing small and/or large catering orders and planning events for clients. Three weeks of training will be provided.- Cold calling new and existing clients in regards to their catering needs- Answering calls and questions regarding our services and offerings- Drafting quotes and emailing clients and following up on their sales orders- Research new leads and build relationships with clientsJob Requirements:- B.A. /B.S. degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience- A minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales or customer service experience- Proficient in English, speaking and writing.
