Customer Service Representative 8 – 5 Monday to Friday £24,700 Permanent The Customer Service Account Manager Responsibilities will be: Process contracts, adjustments and invoices in the order processing systems the same day received in accordance with agreed service levels.Liaises with sales and operations as required to expedite transactions and documentation.Measures of success: Average Days to Invoice, Contracts Not Invoiced, On-hold billing numbers.
