We strive and work hard each day to provide excellence to our clients!CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEWork directly with the DevOps Manager to facilitate project, communication and tasks pertaining to all processes. This role supports the DevOps department in ensuring that all projects and SLA’s are completed to the expectation of the sales team, as well as client. This role will be responsible in supporting the team in client onboarding, product onboarding and any platform change requests at the direction of the DevOps Manager. This role will manage incoming customer service tickets (shipping and platform) and delegating them out internally or externally, as needed.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn, manage and delegate all customer service communications between users, clients, departments, partnered vendors and warehouses.As an extension of customer service delegations, this role will take responsibility for all shipping tasks through Ship Station (order updates, address changes, and tracking requests). This role will work with warehouses as needed to follow up on delayed shipments, partial shipments and backorders.Work directly with DevOps Manager to support platform client onboarding processes including user onboarding, permissions, role development, product onboarding, category development and warehouse coordination.
