Our Customer Service Associate provides customer service, support and acts as liaison between our customers and account managers. We ‘need candidates with a passion for working in a partnership with customers to take our team to the next level.Daily Customer Service Responsibilities:Interact with customers providing excellent support dailyServe as the point of contact for the full customer order cycleMaintain a professional manner during all conversations with customersReview customer transaction recordsProvide sales supportDemonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues ariseRespond to customer questionsMaintain a reliable working knowledge of customer informationEffectively handle a number of competing prioritiesCustomer Service Qualifications:Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do.
