As we continue to grow, we are seeking Customer Service Representatives!
Earn $20-$30 per hour, includes monthly commissions & bonuses, as a Customer Care Representative at Parker & Sons!
In exchange for your experience and professionalism, we will provide you with:

Schedule:
Monday through Friday- This job is performed at our Tempe Arizona Location. Once trained and performing at a high level a hybrid remote/office schedule may be available
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service- Inbound and Outbound Call Taking (100-150 calls/day)
Outbound dialing between down time (for Recurring Services)
Take payments, process refunds and update billing information
Postcard mailers
Schedule appointments
Assist with Account/Invoice related questions
Pursue growth and learning
General admin
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-year high level of customer service experience
Strong computer skills
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and outgoing
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
