So, we’ll strive to give you what you need to be happy at work and at home.A day in the life: · Answer incoming phone calls from policyholders, insurance agents or auto glass shops – listening to each customer’s needs and concerns.· Gather information to help qualify damage for repair, replacement, or recalibration services.
