- Handling live chat (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli, etc) and complaints from customers.
- Handling refund, return and exchange items from marketplace such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli, etc.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

- Have experience in customer service or call center
- Able to multitask
- Good computer skills
- Handling customer queries through phone, chat and email
