Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Handling live chat (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli, etc) and complaints from customers.
  • Handling refund, return and exchange items from marketplace such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli, etc.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Requirements

  • Female/Male Max 27
  • Have experience in customer service or call center
  • Able to multitask
  • Good computer skills
  • Handling customer queries through phone, chat and email
  • Available to work in shifts
  • Able to work base on target
  • Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Familiar with marketplace such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli, etc
  • Available to start working immediately in Yogyakarta
