About Lakeside Brooklyn:Lakeside Brooklyn manages the day-to-day operations of a $74M, world-class, community-focused sports, events and recreation facility in Brooklyn, NY.Opened to the public in 2013, this first-class family entertainment facility is comprised of 35,000 square feet of interior space and offices, two ice skating rinks which convert to a splash pad area and roller skating arena, biking and boating activities, indoor/outdoor full service food and beverage areas, bars and catering facilities, and dedicated event spaces and party rooms – that have the capacity to host sports tournaments, clinics, special events, banquets, meetings, weddings, concerts, community events and other family friendly activities.Job DescriptionOur rapidly expanding firm is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, creative Digital Marketing Manager to assist with the overall management of our website properties, eNewsletters, social media platforms, and display advertising. This successful candidate will assist the development and maintenance of a comprehensive digital media strategy and define techniques that will be applied to increase our visibility and traffic across all brands and platforms crossing over into sponsorships, event activations, and experiential and destination marketing. Time management and ability to work under pressure with a high level of creativity and positivity is a prerequisite.This dynamic, influential, and highly visible role will be the main point of contact for all digital media related projects, responsibilities, and deliverables. We are looking for someone that is passionate, energetic, self-motivated, diligent, and creative, with a personality to match. This is a fast-paced, multi-location, highly visible, people-oriented position that will require someone who is willing to learn and make an immediate impact and grow as we grow.An expertise relating to digital marketing and social media platforms, technology and trends is a must. Day-to-day duties include planning and developing user-focused web marketing programs and developing strategic insights. The right candidate must ensure that user needs and expectations are the key driver for future innovation. The successful candidate will have strong marketing skills, a high level of creativity, an innovative and edgy style, and excellent project management and communication skills.
