We focus on creating the ideal team environment for mental health practitioners to be their best and enjoy their work.POSITIONThe Director of Marketing and Outreach will report to the Chief Operating Officer and have direct contact with the practice co-founders. The candidate will be responsible for driving patient growth, clinical relationships, and our digital presence. Working within a small but mighty administrative team, this person will identify high-potential opportunities, build compelling strategies, and manage ongoing execution. The ideal candidate balances blue-sky thinking with attention to detail and is a strong team player. Previous healthcare industry experience is not a requirement; we’re most interested in the marketing chops that best fit our culture and vision.RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand our current market and available market to capture.Design the new patient experience, from research to contact to first appointment.Review our patient retention rates and identify areas of strength and areas of weakness.Identify key referral sources, competitors, and collaborators. Create engagement or mitigation strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships. Intentionally leverage staff’s expertise, and connections to broaden our network.Create detailed project plans, gain executive support, execute, and measure outcomes.Restructure our website using UX/UI and marketing best practices.Maintain a regular and relevant online presence.Scale our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment offering in collaboration with the TMS team.Work closely with the administrative team and COO to identify data points, understand ROI, and improve the bottom line.Develop and lead our sales and marketing initiatives for our performance coaching vertical.Lead thinking and activities to expand USP presence outside of the New York City area.QUALIFICATIONS4+ years’ experience with a strong track record of measurable quantitative and qualitative impact.Personable relationship builder with excellent communication skills.Self-starter, intrinsically motivated to deliver results. Able to work independently with little oversight, yet able to proactively solicit support when needed.Demonstrated success with website design & management, SEO, CTAs, and other digital marketing initiatives.Highly attentive to detail, able to track multiple moving pieces without dropping a ball.Takes an iterative approach to strategy.
