As we shape the future of the workplace experience, we’re looking for motivated, thoughtful, and collaborative people who are excited to join a high-growth, warm, and welcoming team.Role Summary: The Director of Membership will sell new memberships and renewals, oversee membership closing and onboarding, assist office tenants with on-going needs at the office and basic office supervision. This role will report to the Operations ManagerResponsibilities:Outreach to new prospective office tenants, communicate with prospective office tenants via email and phoneTour perspectives office tenants through office configurations that meet their needsCreate proposals on office selection, term and pricing to prospective office tenantsClose membership deals by ensuring all interested prospective office tenants sign membership agreementsOversee on-boarding of office tenants onto office system and move-inCRM – member detailsMembership agreement executionEnroll member in payment systemEnroll member in access control systemAssist in on-boarding member onto IT network including printing and VOIP phones and private virtual networks and coordinate with IT consultant as needed for custom needsSchedule move in datesNegotiate renewals and ensure execution of renewal membershipsManage, budget, and order office suppliesSupervise quality of cleaning, IT, and overall office experience that aligns with the brandEnsure any maintenance issues are handled promptly by maintenance staffProactively engage existing office tenants to understand their office needs to determine where additional office services may be required and to further help in member satisfaction and retention.Evaluate and respond to all client issues and concerns with the highest level of customer service.Schedule move-outs of ending memberships and ensure office tenants are removed from systemsAssist with other administrative and property management tasks as requestedExperience:2-4 years of experience in a high-end co-working or flexible office setting as a salesperson, office manager or community experience managerJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One locationShow more
