Best Buy is seeking a Director of Product Management – Employee Digital Experience to join the People Technology Product Team to lead high performing teams of Product Managers serving the complex portfolio of Employee App, Employee Content and D&T Services product teams and empower employees with a modern digital experience to manage their work-life that befits a “Best Place to Work”. You will have a demonstrated history of defining product strategy, set and drive outcomes on a quarterly basis that meet the needs of the user, accomplishing this both through their work, and by leading and inspiring teams.
