Front Office Coordinator/Phone ConciergeJob DescriptionOur High End Facial Plastic Surgical Practice is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, dependable, hardworking, friendly and motivated person to greet patients and work as a team player at the front desk. This a World Class practice that has strict standards of service and care. The Office Coordinator ensures efficient functioning of office processes along with coordination of all patient inquiries, consultations and triaging patient correspondences. Professional appearance is a must. You must be professional and well groomed. We are looking for a real team player who has excellent customer service skills.
