Graphic Designer/Brand ManagerLivonia, MichiganHygieia is a small yet global organization with technology that transforms insulin therapy. The d-Nav® Insulin Management Program is changing the way diabetes is managed. Our program allows patients to take control of their diabetes, yielding dramatically improved outcomes.Purpose This position is responsible for developing creative and engaging designs and campaigns that support the strategic initiatives of the organization. In addition to traditional and digital design work, the position ensures that all internal and external representations of the organization are within our brand standards.As Graphic Designer and Brand Manager, you are not an order taker, but an integral part of the team that is actively engaged in conversations and problem solving. You will work cross functionally with internal teams to learn what their objectives are, then develop solutions through your own strategic thinking and/or collaboration with the Marketing Team.The communications you will execute engage both B2B and B2C audiences. B2B efforts include educating physicians and endocrinologists about d-Nav and keeping them informed of the latest developments. B2C messaging includes attracting and retaining new patients to the program.ResponsibilitiesDesign, produce, and distribute materials, documents, and graphics to support external and internal communications.Collaborate with internal and external teams on marketing and design elements of projects, bringing your strategic ideas to the table.Manage timeline, status reports, and budget for projects.Assist in gathering and analyzing information to identify new opportunities to communicate with markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.Manage our website using Word Press to regularly update pages, post blogs and news releases, etc.Develop custom digital experiences for campaigns.Take ownership of and lead long-term projects (such as member experience, onboarding process, etc.)Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.Help shape and communicate the company’s vision and mission.Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.Aid in the management of the team’s annual budget, tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.Integrate metrics into campaigns to track and report their success.Develop, evaluate, and conduct internal training on marketing activities and policies.Collaborate, participate in and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.Skills and Experience3 or more years’ demonstrated results in all or most of the above responsibilities.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldProficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; Microsoft OfficeProficient in website content management systems (ideally Word Press) and have a strong knowledge of HTML.Lead generation, digital advertising, A/B testing, and establishing metrics to track campaign success.Social media and e-mail marketing.Management of vendor relationships – agency, web development, print production, etc.Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and create processes for campaign execution.Print production and writing/reviewing print specifications.Basic prepress knowledge.Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with priorities that may change.BenefitsA competitive salary and stock options.The role is eligible for paid time off and health (medical/dental/vision) insurance starting on day one.There is some flexibility in balancing on-site and remote work though this role is based in the office.To ApplyThis full-time position is based on-site in Southeast Michigan.
