Our client a growing asset management consultancy based in the City of London is looking for a proactive, experienced and personable individual to join their admin team. The ideal candidate must have significant administrative/secretarial experience. As the Group Travel Manager you will be responsible for organising all aspects of corporate travel, including both domestic and oversees. This role will be assisted part-time to help alleviate the day-to-day workload. An advanced knowledge of Word and Outlook are essential as these are the tools used to update the travelling schedule for the Group. The successful candidate will need to be well-organised and prepared to hit the ground running. This role itself will be extremely busy and varied. The role sits within the general admin team so full support of a wider team will be available. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is organised, proactive, professional and a team player.
Key responsibilities: Below is a list of duties you will be involved in, although this is not exhaustive. Providing all travel options/costs for travellersExtensive appointment managementDocumentation work including the updating of a shared travel recordCompany card expenses through SalesforceLiaising with travellers regarding their travel requirements and coordinating group trips where appropriateBooking travel – flights, trains, taxis, hotelsSending travel bookings to the travellers in a clear and concise manner, and diarising the sameChecking COVID requirements for trips (full training will be given) including booking COVID tests where applicable and keeping abreast of ongoing changes and responding to those changesPreparing detailed itineraries for individual and group travel – laying out all information and maps etc.Booking travel insuranceDiarising travel with maps and information for destinations To apply please email your CV to SurekhaGilroy.
