In this role, you will be responsible for

Representing the voice of the customer for Philips in the Market, chairs the Market Marketing Council, coordinates Philips Brand, Communication, and Event efforts across all clusters in the Market, and aligns the overall Marketing efforts across the Health Systems clusters. Develops a fact-based, in terms of “Where to Play” and “How to Win “Strategy in close collaboration with the Health Systems BM&S (Business Marketing & Sales) Leaders and their BMMs (Business Marketing Managers). This leader will continue to develop and drive customer centricity in the market by championing the connectivity and interdependence of strategic decisions and financial success, empowered by the deep customer and market insights. This leader plays a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on white space opportunities as well as market-shaping initiatives. Drives deployment of the Marketing Transformation program in the Market

Leads HealthTech Marketing Activities in the Market
Owns the Communication and PR efforts for HealthTech (across all clusters) in alignment with the global and the market’s business and marketing objectives to drive overall Philips Brand Preference and executes the Brand activities in the markets
Leads the Marketing Council in the Markets (across PH/HS clusters) and represents the Market and the Voice of the Customer & Consumer towards Group Marketing

Drives the Audience Centricity across Health Systems-HS (Medical Devices & Solutions Business)
Delivers an HS level 2 year Marketing Plan for the key customer segments, aligned with business and sales priorities based on the portfolio of offerings across clusters
Collaborate with Group HS Marketing to deliver inputs into an integrated 24/36 month planning Support and collaborate with the BMMs on the Business-specific go-to-market and BMC plans and ensure alignment with market priorities and consistency across clusters
Cultivates engagement and advocacy through programs such as digital communities, events, audience engagement forums, user communities, executive advisory board, executive site visits etc. Responsible for a central repository of a “persona” database to make outreach and maintenance more efficient. Share best practices related to brand asset library creation (i.e video testimonials, case studies, blog posts, press releases) with BMM’s per cluster.
Owns Health Systems (HS) Peer to Peer engagement, including key opinion leader, show-site, and reference site management in close collaboration with the BM&S and BMMs. In collaboration with Group Marketing, drive an integrated customer engagement plan.
Owns the strategic development as well as the continuous optimization of HS demand generation campaigns (digital and offline channels) in collaboration with the Direct to Consumer and Activation Manager under the PH BM&S. Coordinates and supports the HS BM&S and BMMs on the cluster and business-specific campaigns.
Responsible for enabling audience-based activation & Omni-channel marketing to drive global & local marketing campaigns • Owns execution of training related to new marketing processes in collaboration with HS Marketing at the Group level

Houses the Events and Insights and Analytics Resources in the Market
Co-Leads Communications and Events CoE and ensure local event management and execution in line with the marketing and campaign plans in close collaboration with all clusters and BMMs
Leads Insights & Analytics and monitors and collects feedback via customer surveys at regular intervals, including customer satisfaction, loyalty, and Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) surveys to identify key patterns driving customer experience.
Drives with Insights & Analytics COE best practices on segmentation, targeting, Customer Decision Journey, etc to support all clusters and the health economic analytics to inform the HS Marketing strategy and support the BM&S and BMMs in their marketing activities.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
15+ years of relevant experience (B2B, B2C, B2G Marketing), and in brand management, new product launches, and campaign management
Leadership experiences in a matrixed organization, managing internal stakeholders, and agenda management
Extensive experience leading global, cross-functional virtual teams in a non-hierarchical environment · Evidence of ability to track, measure Mktg ROI and Brand metrics
Outstanding communication and presentations skills with executives, internally and externally. Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market and across geographies
Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports. Champions people’s growth and knows how to build a high functioning team
Significant experience in marketing in the technology, consumer, or healthcare domain, ability to interact with sales organization • Marketing channel mix strategies (online and offline)
Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus. • Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean
Digital: networking & collaboration, talent scouting, learning, storytelling, data-driven decision making, formulating clear vision & strategy, risk-taking, and adaptability
Functional leadership towards Product, Marketers, in the organization. Owns BM&C (Business Marketing Combination) and local marketing (LMET) plans and manages a substantial P&L.
