Are you an HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity to grow your career? Advanced Supply Chain are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. This role is part of our HR team based in Holmfield and reports into our Northern HR Business Partner. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 – £27,000 per annum. Using our unique intelligent supply chain model, we design innovative solutions to complex challenges, unlock new opportunities, and speed up and streamline existing processes by removing complexity from the supply chain. As the HR Advisor, you will work with our site management teams to deliver our People Plan to ensure we deliver against our HR Strategy of Get, Grow, Keep. This helps our business to maximise its opportunities and remain competitive in the service we provide to our customers. Responsibilities of our HR Advisor include: Supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering against the People PlanBuilding relationships with our site management teams, being trusted in your ability to coach and advise on people activitySupporting our management teams with onsite performance through the performance of their peopleSupporting and advising managers on absence management and employee relationsDeveloping and analysing people data to make appropriate recommendations which can influence decisions on people activitySupporting with people projects such as brilliant basics What we are looking for in our HR Advisor: You will be agile and proactive with an innovative mindset enabling you to craft smart people solutions. You will also have excellent time management skills enabling you to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. Experience gained within a distribution background is highly advantageous because we are fast-paced, ambitious in our goals, and often have to adapt to changing priorities to ensure we support our business in delivering a high level of service to our customers.
