As a HR lead for a number of business units, you will be given the opportunity to design and implement the HR Strategy and provide solutions to the Business. Requirements Demonstrable experience in a Business Partnering role.Strong Strategic Experience with a forward thinking mindset.Hard working and tenacious individual who is able to get down to the hard stuff.Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships with senior level stakeholders.
