Human Resources GeneralistBFC Solutions specializes in preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, and provides air quality solutions for some of the most recognized retail and commercial brands in America. We also manufacture air filters and have a need for on site HR personnel to manage the HR needs of employees in the facility.Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate the process of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and issuing offers of employmentConduct new hire orientationsSupport inquiries and requests related to the HR departmentAssist with collecting payroll from supervisors, auditing for accuracy, and turn in on weekly basisManage hiring of employees through staffing partners to include interviews, payroll, rollovers, invoicing, etc.Manage employee compensation and benefitsSkills & QualificationsStrong leadership and coaching skills, to include empathy and consider yourself to be a “people person”Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer skills, experience with HRIS strongly desiredProblem solving abilities requiredDetail oriented, good time management and organizational skillsAs an employee, you can feel confident that your health and well-being are among our highest priorities.
