Entry level candidates for HVAC work and training. Candidates must complete (200) hours of virtual training after work hours for 4 months during the hours of 4:30pm-9pm. This is for someone who wants a long term career in construction in one of the mentioned trades.Entry level duties but not limited to:Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment or to heat or move materials, such as asphalt.Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools.Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.HVAC Helper duties:Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.Connect heating or air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit.Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftOvertimeApplication Question(s):Do you have Access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hard Hat, Boots, Gloves, Safety Goggles?Can you commit to (200) hours of virtual training after work hours?
