Job Title: Innovation Solutions Lead

Job Summary :
The Innovation Solutions Lead will work with a broad and diverse group of business partners utilizing a blended mix of business knowledge and the ability to improve business innovation and process with technology. This position requires a strong working knowledge of multiple lines of Wawa’s business and a subject matter expertise in associated technologies.
Principal Duties:
Manage the sourcing and selection of technology solutions and providers as they apply to the innovative projects driven through the Strategy team. Research, identify and develop solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
Educate and align the business on the pros, cons and future technical integration possibilities. Manage integration tasks to ensure that projects fit strategically into the objectives of the company and integrate with other corporate/store operations initiatives.
Provide leadership on Innovation projects, and facilitate the definition of project deliverables. Complete project deliverables based on the agreed scope; estimate work effort, duration, resources and requirements; ensure that requirements are being met. Maintain project updates, issue resolution documentation and daily support communication with business community.
Participate in initial investigation of software; document system requirements; help evaluate technologies and their capabilities; perform gap analysis between business needs and the technology capabilities; design systems architecture; develop and execute test scripts.
Define and facilitate requirements and gathering tasks. Analyze requirements for system enhancements and modifications. Facilitate the implementation of business and technical requirements. Research and analyze options; recommend solutions; and write functional specifications. Develop solutions based on requirements, create test scripts and perform unit testing, create and test installation scripts and procedures.
Develop and maintain processes and standard operating procedures as appropriate. Develop support schedules.
Facilitate planning and execution of appropriate user acceptance testing with business owners. Facilitate and participate in execution and planning of robust end-to-end testing.
Serve as business lead and IT liaison for innovative project issues. Work with IT and outside vendors to resolve technology issues that arise during the project(s).
Responsible for project management support on innovation initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
Responsible for managing initiatives being implemented and tested at the Transformation Store 8083 in Media, PA.

Knowledge of Agile methodology
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Technology preferred
7 to 10 plus years of related work experience
Project management experience
Demonstrated vendor and contract management experience
