We are looking for an inside sales coordinator who is energetic, passionate, and eager to nurture and grow an existing account base. Ideally, this candidate would have a background in customer service and/or inside sales.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:· Optimistic + Results Focused: someone who is excited at the challenge of hitting sales targets by winning new accounts and loves to nurture existing accounts. You are a natural at making sales calls, engaging in conversations, and quickly building trusted relationships with prospects.· Organized + Ambitious: you have a superpower of keeping yourself and others organized. You easily manage multiple accounts across multiple brands, sale leads and promotional calendars. You make processes as efficient as possible and love supporting the team. You are meticulous when it comes to data entry and completing excel forms and can manage retailers review calendars, so we never miss an opportunity.· Solution Focused + Detail Oriented: you are a constant source of positivity, who when faced with a challenge is focused on finding a way through any roadblocks. No project is too small or menial.THIS IS FOR YOU IF:· You enjoy sales and excel at opening relationships with warm prospects· You have a natural ability to build relationships and trust quickly with strangers· You love making calls and have mastered the game of follow-up· You can communicate succinctly and effectively both verbally and in writing· You are positive, personable and lovingly persistent in your approach· You have the ability to produce results independently while promoting a positive team environment· You thrive in a goal setting environment where setting and hitting goals weekly and quarterly motivates you· You adapt quickly and welcome changeSKILLS:· Excellent customer service and telephone sales are mandatory.· Strong organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented.· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.· Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment· Ability to work under pressure at times to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.An understanding of sales principles and the grocery industry is preferred.2-3 days per week is needed. Hours can be flexible as long as they fall between 8am and 4pm. Compensation is $25 per hour. Bonuses will be awarded for reaching sales targets.
