Deskripsi PekerjaanHR GENERALISTWe are looking to fill our company’s first HR Generalist position. This is a new role in our company.The ideal candidate will be proactive and have experience in handling a wide range of human resources tasks to help ownership run the business.This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, must have excellent attention to detail, is able to work independently with little or no supervision, and enjoys the challenges of supporting a company of diverse people.Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to the following: Search for potential hires/talentsCompile potential hires databaseContact potential hires – acquire application form/portfolio/CVSchedule InterviewsCategorize Hires / CV Database: Admin / Accounts / Business Development / Designer – ID and FFEForming and maintaining employee recordsUpdating databases internally, such as sick and annual leavePreparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guidesReviewing and renewing company policies and legal complianceBeing the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queriesAssisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days takenHelping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses Budgetary worksheet generation – Start / Mid / Completion of projectPayroll / Pay slip generationCreate / Update organization chartAddress staff grievances to managementOrganize staff benefits as per government requirementsSupport to managersFor the new hires:Performing Staff orientationRegister to biometric access systemRegister new/resigned staffRegister Email / DAX TimesheetsCheck availability of workstation/equipment/required softwareConfirmation lettersProbation Review (3 months’ staff assessment)
