Deskripsi PekerjaanJob RequirementsMinimum 1 years of experience working as IT support.Having experience as a Quality Assurance’s role will be advantage.Good knowledge in application and database system.Understand SQL query and able to operate database application.Time management and communication skillProficient in MS Office.
ResponsibilityIdentify root cause and resolving issues as 1st layer support’s perspective.Follow up issues within agreed Service Level Agreements.Provide a comprehensive report from issues gathered including the solving.Quality assurance check for new or enhanced digital functions and application.Become a bridge between e-commerce user to another divisionProvide a comprehensive report as a QA result.
