If you want to make a difference in people’s lives, come grow with us!Position SummaryThe LPN works with physicians and/or advanced practice providers in the clinical area to maximize efficient patient flow through the office. Our clinical team provides hands-off care so strong investigative skills, attention to detail, effective communication, critical thinking, and comfortability being on the phone are essential. All clinical staff work on teams and are responsible for communicating patient care needs with their teammates and providers.The position requires a can-do attitude, resiliency, flexibility, the ability to see the big picture, and strong commitment to following through with patient needs. Currently, we are primarily seeing patients via telehealth; however, our Fort Collins clinic has a fairly robust infusion clinic schedule.Essential Job Functions Serve as a care coordinator for patients. Accurately enter patient data into our EMR and provide complete documentation of relevant information. Investigate patient histories as required and communicate all relevant information timely.Assist providers by preparing charts for office visits and obtaining outside medical records. During office visits, perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vitals, recording medical histories, and answering patient questions.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff. Our comprehensive range goes up to $30/hr for well-qualified candidates.What we need: Excellent attention to detail and be able to retain large amounts of detailed information so that you can update co-workers and providers. You should be curious and ask appropriate follow-up questions that help you investigate patient cases when necessary.Superb listening skills and the ability to assess a patient’s needs.Teamwork. You should be comfortable with frequent interruptions to answer phone calls, room patients, or help cover when needed.
