Position Summary: Manages the operational and fiscalactivities of the department. Manages assigned staff in accordance with companypolicies and procedures. Oversees maintenance work and may perform maintenanceas needed.===============================================================================Principal Duties & Responsibilities: · Manages the operational and fiscalactivities of the dept including: staffing, budgets & financial goals· Hires, manages and retains assignedstaff in accordance with company policies, procedures & GMP’s· Organizes all maintenance schedulingto include: work assignments, training, vacations, employee breaks, overtimeassignment, and back-up for absent employees· Plans and develops systems and proceduresto improve the operating quality and efficiency of the dept· Analyzes and documents dept.processes and problems. Develops solutions to enhance efficiencies· Coordinates and executes solutionswith process analysis, reporting analysis and in general company projects· Effectively communicates withmaintenance department, other departments, peers and management· May assist in executing tasks,projects & objectives· Demonstrates thorough follow-upskills and maintains self and team focus· Executes company disciplinaryprocedures and enforces all dept.
