Summary You will act as a brand guardian ensuring all internal and external materials are consistent with the business brand and strategy Duties & Responsibilities Assisting with the brand reputation through social monitoring i.e., helping with responses to online comments, feedback, reviews and complaintsOverseeing the website’s CRM system, ensuring content is kept up to dateAttending and playing an active role at exhibitions and shows when Group Marketing Manager is unable toWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the generation of regular quality content and campaigns across the businessProducing quarterly reports on marketing and communications campaign effectiveness, identifying and taking action on areas for improvementCommunication to internal staff regarding company news and product launches.Producing efficient briefs to Digital Marketing Coordinator and Marketing CoordinatorsWorking closely with the team on the writing, proofing and distributing of communications and internal briefing materialsAssisting with the implementation of marketing communications across the group with the ability to provide copy writing to a high standard for press releasesDeveloping our email marketing opportunities – manage internal email diary for the group and topic decisionsAssist the Group Marketing Manager in gathering market and competitor intelligence dataMarketing campaign management – developing marketing campaigns that will suit both B2B and B2C audiences with the assistance of digital marketing coordinator and marketing coordinator Skills and experience Knowledge of a wide range of online and offline marketing/communications techniques and conceptsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to work closely with all departments and third partiesAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesStrong attention to detail with a creative approachStrong Project Management skillsCompetent use of MailChimpGood knowledge of MS Office, including excel3-5 years previous solid marketing/communications experience in a similar roleDiverse experience across online and offline marketing as well as in copywritingMarketing degree or CIM qualification Package and benefits 23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEyecare VouchersCompany PensionPaycare – Healthcare cash plan5 x extra holiday days, salary sacrifices Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
