We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our award winning Marketing department. If you are highly collaborative, love to inspire change, have a bias for action and have experience in integrated marketing communications across channels, come and join our talented Marketing Communications team. We’re an exciting and growing company with multiple brands. As Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for all customer facing communications for the UKs favourite window dressings brand. You’ll take the business objectives and turn them into a marketing campaign plan, leading the wider marketing team to execute this across all channels ensuring it’s delivering against strategic objectives, as well as being on time and to budget. The role works on lots of exciting, high profile projects including our Brand TV campaigns and partner activity, whether with talented textile designers or influential home interest brands. You’ll lead and coach a small team, developing briefs for our internal design team and agency partners to deliver product launch, content and promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across communications, channels and touchpoints. In this fast paced environment, you’ll need to be used to working on multiple projects at the same time as well as being responsive to change. We see the benefits of working face-to-face in a collaborative way and the value of working from home to provide more flexibility, and promote hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.
