Passionate about helping clients get help with their eating disorders and guiding them to recovery. Your role is to support the digital marketing manager with all tasks as needed.Job Description & Responsibilities: Support marketing department initiatives by planning, executing and tracking marketing programs, such as email, events, and content marketing.Coordinate BALANCE marketing and community events, both online and in person.Facilitate and manage BALANCE’s webinars and virtual events from conception through delivery (Webinar topic pitches, supervising the webinar development process, live stream, and promotional campaigns).Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management (ActivCampaign).Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.Assist with website evaluation and updates to enhance content marketing strategy, SEO, and conversion rates. Assist with the creation and scheduling of online contentCoordinate and supervise BALANCE Google Ads campaign.Updating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.Assist with updating and analyzing of Marketing dashboard.Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaignsAssist with content planning and distribution of blog content for BALANCE and Redefining WellnessAssist with the editing of Blog Intern and Redefining Wellness Ambassador pieces to ensure brand consistencyAssist with the outreach and coordination of media opportunitiesPropose and implement new marketing initiatives and assist with evaluating ROIAttend Daily Admissions huddles and Admissions Intake meetings.Assist Marketing Manager with other tasks as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.3+ years concrete work experience in Digital Marketing.Excellent copy writing skills (sales copywriting and presentation).Clear and effective communication when dealing with management, the team and clients.Strong knowledge of ActivCampaign.Experience working with Google Ads effectively.Must have an eye for sales and customer experience.Passionate team player.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 3 years (Required)ActivCampaign: 2 years (Preferred)Copywriting: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple LocationsShow more
