The Marketing assistant will gain exposure in the execution and delivery of marketing and communication strategies and activities, collaborating across other lines of businesses at Disney to support the distribution of Disney’s feature films, scripted and reality series programs across television, mobile, broadband and on-demand platforms in South East Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan
Think creatively to produce new concepts and ideas for the promotion of digital products using branded assets across platforms.
Support the marketing team with all pre-sales and post sales materials (e.g. pitch decks, collaterals, EDMs, post-campaign decks).
Understand business needs and develop creative concepts to support business growth.
Adapt designs to local needs in collaboration with agencies and freelancers (videos, gifs, photography)
Work with internal stakeholders to drive synergies with other business units.
Manage and plan the allocation and delivery of premiums to clients.
Manage and deliver campaign marketing assets for key clients.
Support the Sales team with access to trade events.
Support day-to-day client servicing
Administrative support as required
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other graphic editing/design software is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote for Mac.
Proficiency in video and image editing software is preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese
Passionate about media & entertainment content.
Social media enthusiast who is familiar with various static and animated shareable formats.
