Limited licensure acceptable.Skills: A minimum three (3) year post graduate experience in direct/indirect service and/or telehealth with clients in approved practicum and internship settings.Experience: Demonstrated experience working within a 24-hour call center, crisis intervention, assessment, treatment referral, clinical service delivery to at-risk populations i.e., individuals with suicidal ideation, substance use, mental/behavioral health disorders via telephone and text/chat platforms.REQUIREMENTSMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or human services related discipline.Licensed to practice in the State of MichiganCandidate will be required upon hire to complete free 30-hour basic Gambling Disorder training prior to the assumption of duties; and an additional 15 hours of Gambling Disorder training annually. Provided by Company.Complete National Opinion Research Center DSM-IV Screen (NODS) trainingComplete suicide/crisis escalation and HIPAA compliance training.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESProvide in the moment crisis intervention and gambling disorder assessment.Provide real time treatment referrals, via warm transfer when applicable, to paneled providers by region and necessity.Provide community referrals, addressing residential displacement, financial management, and recovery supports.Schedule client follow-up call to evaluate client satisfaction and progress.Timely communication with clients and clinicians to prevent delay of service delivery.Timely and accurate submission of required assessment, NODS survey and any other clinical notes in the electronic records platform EAP Expert.Ensure document availability, accuracy and compliance with occupational and mental health standards, and client data gathering procedures.Participation in all manner of workforce development and industry trainings conducted by HMSA, MDHHS and NCPG; including, but not limited to, monthly staff meetings, Gambling Disorder CEU trainings, Gambling Disorder Symposium and the annual NCPG conference.Participation in promotional activities, as requested, to promote program awareness.Conduct all services and job-related functions in a manner consistent with applicable professional and ethical standards.SCHEDULEOne Monday thru Friday 8-4pm shift available and two weekend shiftsSaturday and Sunday 12am-8am or 4pm-12midnight availableWork RemotelyJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftNight shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:Master’s (Required)License/Certification:LLPC or LLMSW (Required)Work Location: One locationShow more
