Be a part of our team of expertise, creativity and drive to produce great service.Job Summary:The Order Processor / Customer service is a member of the Order Processing Team, which is directly responsible for receiving, processing and responding to customer orders. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of purchase orders. These orders must be inputted in an accurate and timely fashion for WOW to be successful and to ensure customer needs are met.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Review purchase orders for accuracyEffectively perform data entry and verification of customer orders.Receives orders from Customers, enters orders into systems and works with a team of customer service to clarify any questions or make appropriate order update.Provide tracking and delivery notifications.Other duties may be assignedEssential skills and experience:Experience in tile business industryExperience in a call center or data center environmentMust be proficient with various computer software applications including: MS Office SuiteExperience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) or BC365Experience in Customer ServiceExcellent attention to detailBasic math knowledgeWork Environment:Operates in a demanding, fast-paced, people-oriented manufacturing environment with frequent changes and interruptions.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)Show more
