That’s why The Alliance is looking for a Talent Initiatives lead who will play a key role in helping our team achieve a large goal of attracting and activating more than 10,000 workers to the region over the next five years.What makes for a great Talent Initiatives lead? You love bringing external and internal stakeholders to the table to advance workforce and economic development efforts.
