We have a new role for a Payroll Specialist within a large Oil & Gas organisation on a 12-month contract. This role be will responsible for the administration of all the payroll processes for the business. If you have proven experience as a Payroll Specialist within Financial or Professional Services and have managed this across multiple locations, we’d love to hear from you. Some of the responsibilities of the role include: Prepare and monitor payroll data ensuring processes and data are in place for payroll processing per country requirements and regulationsWork in coordination with the outsourced service provider to ensure gross to net data is prepared and submitted in time, review pre-payroll run data and verification, and provide final sign off to vendor prior to final payroll runs to employees.Conduct start of year and end of year payroll administration, preparation and processing activities working with payroll service providerSupport audits and regulatory requests for payroll data.Manage payroll enquiries and issueProvide subject matter expertise in all payroll processes and a sound knowledge of end-to-end payroll deliverAnalysing system integration data, identifying and fixing feed errors Experience Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist within Financial or Professional ServicesPayroll SystemsAn understanding of complex PAYE and NI query resolutionGood interpersonal, client relationship and communication skillsAble to build positive and respectful relationships at all levels across the organisationGood judgement and problem-solving skillsMust display exceptional attention to detail McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
