Job Responsibilities: Update performance database with accounting and internal dataWork with stakeholders internally to collate and utilise data Provide follow up and detailed insight into performance analytics at the request of third parties/investorsSupport client services Provide reporting requirements Job Requirements: Educated to a degree level or equivalent in a Finance, Accounting or related field of study Existing experience within a performance analytics/analytical role Prior experience within the commercial real estate sectorHighly numerical, with a good attention detail Strong excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills Ability to problem solve
