Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Porter to join our passionate and driven team in Edinburgh permanently! Working within a Large Team, you will be responsible for delivering all Porterage duties across the locations. The role includes supporting internal and external cleaning and cleaning PPM delivery. Progression opportunities are available within Facilities Management services. Apprenticeship opportunities are available to support progression. Your primary responsibilities will include: External Grounds Maintenance duties including car parks, pathways, waste areas, etc.Pre-planned maintenance works, including deep cleaning tasks.Porterage tasks such as moving furniture and equipment both on sites and between sites.Room set-ups for meetings and conferences.Movement of heavy packages and deliveries.Small and large-scale office moves and reconfiguration.Movement of waste to external containers.Supporting mail room service delivery.Internal and external cleaning as required. About You: You must be customer-driven, with the ability to work well in a team.Communication skills are key, to ensure successful service deliveryTechnology skills are beneficial as the role requires the use of mobile telephone and apps
