We are seeking energetic and customer service oriented Premium Ticketing Representative to join our Box Office team. The Premium Ticketing Representative is responsible for servicing all ticketing needs and managing the seating inventory for the premium seating areas and suites.Responsibilities:Processes high dollar volume pertaining to teams’ invoice, premium and suite ticket holdersProcesses payments for and facilitates the delivery of day-to-day ticket orders as well as facilitating full season ticket processing for Platinum Seat and Suite holders for Mavericks games, Stars games, and third-party eventsFulfills party suite orders including payment and distributionSupports Sales and Service departments with the handling of Platinum Seat and Suite holders’ customer service needs that are related to ticketing, invoice, or seat relocation during premium eventsCreates Premium events, sells across Gold Circle seating, processes Right of First Refusal orders and re-classes Premium inventory with ArchticsManages and updates Account Manager client portal for purchasing tickets, parking and right of first refusal ordersManages the Premium Ticketing will call window within the Box Office during Premium eventsGenerates the daily deposit report and generates various financial reports of Premium events for ManagementIssues bulk returns on unused additional suite tickets after each Premium event, emails suite holders’ invoices, processes customer’s email payments, and emails receipts for additional suite ticket paymentsAssists with overseeing and monitoring the Platinum Ticket Exchange program through ArchticsOther duties as assignedEducation / Qualifications:Associate’s Degree (A.A.) from 2 year college; Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) preferred1-3 years customer service experience with emphasis on high profile clientele environmentExperience on a ticketing system preferred such as Ticketmaster or ArchticsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the internetExcellent verbal and written communication skills_The qualified individual personifies our core values of INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, PASSION, and EXCELLENCE at all times._*Physical Demands/Work Environment: *Ability to work 24/7 facility; flexible shifts, evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to sit for extended periods of time since most work is at computer work station;Position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear and climb stairsPosition requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.The noise level in the work environment is moderate, however during events the noise level may be loud*AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT – JOB ACCOMODATION REQUESTS*Any individual who requests a job accommodation due to a physical or mental impairment will require a dialogue with Human Resources to determine if the individual can perform the essential duties of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
