REED Recruitment in Bath is delighted to be recruiting a Property Administrator to join a multi-award-winning branch rated in the top 2% of agents in the country, part of a national group of Letting & Estate agents. The office is located a short walk from the train and bus station, so it is easily commutable from the surrounding areas. Your role will require you to provide excellent customer service, ensure our main database and files are correct, and the office has relevant stationery. Finally to assist our providers with tenant referencing and Anti-money laundering. Key responsibilities will include: • Following company procedures

• Chasing Tenant Referencing

• Right to Rent Checks

• Registering Deposits

• Updating utilities and council tax for let properties

• Checking contractor payments

• Managing Office Emails

• Filing

• Ensuring our database is correct

• Purchasing Office Stationery

• Anti-money laundering

• Social Media marketing

• Helping out the office and working as part of a team

• Responding to Email inquiries You:

• Have acute attention to details

9:00am-5:30pm Monday – Thursday

9:00am-5:00pm Friday
