About Us
The Retail Marketing Exec will sit within our APAC Retail function, and will work closely with our APAC markets, UK-based Global Retail Experience function, the regional CoE as well our Go-to-market category and creative teams. You will partner closely with our Global Retail Marketing leads, collaborating to ensure that the latest and great Dyson Marketing & Shopper Journey mechanics are consistently rolled out at an elevated level that is locally relevant across the APAC region.
About the Role
You will form the bridge between markets and global teams, helping to deliver, create, adapt and execute of retail marketing initiatives across the region for both Direct and Indirect Retail. You will work across : New Product Launches, Store Openings, Global/Regional/Local Campaigns, Path to Purchase Mapping, Best in Class & Guidance Packs.
Within the Regional Retail function, you will work closely with our Performance, Design, Production & Rollout team and will report into the Senior Retail Marketing Manager for APAC. Close collaboration with Teams such as Go-to-Market, Retail Marketing and Concept Design is also part of the day-to-day.
Role and Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of retail marketing cascades from the global retail marketing function to market retail teams.
Day-to-day management of market team retail marketing requests; capturing of input, feedback and learnings on new and existing initiatives.
NPD launch co-ordination and localisation of assets.
Retail Marketing calendar and planning management, inclusive of Global, Regional & Local campaigns, NPD and new store opening launches.
Input on the creation, development, and adaptation of Central Retail Function generated retail assets to ensure regional / market relevance. Provide conceptual thinking whilst delivering commercially viable solutions. Be a source of innovation and inspiration to shape future design thinking.
Document and share best practice and feedback to Central Retail Function as well as markets.
Manage tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
About You
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Graduate in business or marketing related field.
Creative eye with a meticulous attention to detail.
Experienced user of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong presentation and communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex subject matter.
Experience managing and prioritizing teams; Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects under pressure and to tight timelines.
